Ok, but expensive
Seems ok, but I wouldn't say it's worth $20AUD a month. That's steep if you live in a backwater like A... ustralia, where the currency is not valuable.
Easy enough to set up - you don't need to be Einstein - but unless you're a tech nerd who can take a look under the bonnet, you'll just have to trust what they say about their product.
It frequently drops out without the slightest warning, often when it's the only thing online at the time - despite fast and flawless fiber internet, rendering expression entirely useless UNLESS you have it sitting on your desktop where you can keep an eagle eye on it to actually see it when it drops out so you can kick it back into service again (it doesn't do it by itself), which seems to defeat its purpose, so I'm taking away 2 stars for that.
Support is good and they do get back to you as fast as they can.Більше

Відмінна служба! Я здійснив тест на швидкість до і після, швидкість зменшилася менш ніж на 5%, тому No... rdVPN є досить швидкою і стабільною мережею. За допомогою служби підтримки клієнтів я налаштував NordVPN на своєму телевізорі на платформі Android і тепер можу дивитися американський Netflix. Дружня служба підтримки клієнтів, дуже рекомендую.Більше

NordVPN has become garbage!
I've had NordVPN for over a decade, and past couple of years, but more so past 6 months it has become ... complete garbage! Contact them, oh try different servers, try different protocols. I have done all and long before they said to! Issue, Connections often just time out though still says connected, can't access any page. Chose different server, works 5 minutes or all day, but eventually it will time out. Best luck I've had was with open UDP but past month even it's been junk! Obfuscated has worked somewhat better, again until recently and crap!
Seems they are more about featuritis and getting more users than having a solid product and keeping past/existing customers.
Spend your money elsewhere and avoid hack sites giving their glowing review they are just paid shills!Більше

An excellent value, all things considered
While they will absolutely throttle p2p in most servers, it's easy to find and log into the p2p server... s. They responded promptly when I had questions (although once it was basically to say "sorry, tough luck"). Overall though, I think I paid something like $20 for a year's subscription - I really can't complain. I'm sold on the service, although I think the fact that it's based out of HK is a bit spooky. 9/10Більше

NEVER, EVER TRUST THЕSE SCAMMERS WITH YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION
’ve consciously paid for PureVPN’s services exactly twice in my life—both times when I actually needed... a VPN for work.
One payment was made in 2022, the other in 2023.
When I paid in 2023, the company—at its own discretion—gave me a second, different username and deactivated the one I’d paid for in 2022.
I figured that’s just how their system works.
Fast forward to 2025, and now I’m unemployed, counting every cent just to survive.
Without any prior notice about a subscription renewal or upcoming charge, the company billed me on April 2.
✅ A bunch of spam emails about services I don’t need? YES!
✖️ At least one email a few days ahead to say they’d charge my card? NOPE.
On April 3, after I noticed the charge, I contacted them immediately to say I didn’t want the service.
They replied that recurring charges are non-refundable.
Later that same day, I noticed a second charge from them. Turns out, they reactivated both usernames—from 2022 and 2023.
I’ve never needed two VPN accounts. I’ve never used two.
I reached out again—same copy-paste customer service response.
On top of that - there is no clear, distinguishable way to delete a payment method from their website, and the way it visualizes payment history is intentionally made to be very misleading.
Who knows, maybe next week they’ll decide I need a third or fourth VPN account.
Luckily, they already drained my balance down to €5, so there’s not much left for them to steal—at least until my bank processes the chargeback.
Their actual service quality? Meh.
You’ll run into issues here and there.
But in a market full of legitimate VPN providers, my advice is:
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
There are definitely providers out there with more ethical and transparent billing practices, offering similar (if not better) service for the same price.Більше
